Integrated solutions for SMEs

  • “Strategic HR in Outsourcing” We strategically support SMEs in the review of the organizational structure, in the implementation and management of all Human Resources Management Operating Systems: Research and Selection, Training and Development, Evaluation and Incentives and Exit; interfacing with the appointed professionals, we supervise the administrative processes and labor law aspects connected to personnel management
  • "HR Temporary/Fractional Management” Our senior consultants can take on temporary managerial roles in order to support companies in moments of discontinuity, for the creation of an Organizational Unit responsible for the Management of Human Resources and/or to encourage the growth of Junior profiles appointed to take on the role of HR Manager
  • "HR Easy Check Up” - It is possible to provide a quick 360° diagnosis on the Organization and Management of Human Resources in the company in order to identify the main strengths to be exploited and the areas of potential vulnerability. For doing this we use a consolidated and codified method that guarantees extreme effectiveness and efficiency as well as maximum independence from possible future development projects

With a view to providing broad-spectrum and particularly efficient support to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, over the years, thanks to our solid network, we have taken on integrated Temporary/Fractional Management roles (alongside the HR area, Marketing/Communication or Management Planning and Control). For the same reasons, the tools for carrying out the Easy Check Up have been integrated, in order to investigate the areas mentioned.

Facilitation methodologies

  • we strongly believe in the power of facilitation methods and tools to obtain the best results from the group and exploit collective intelligence. We use facilitation to create listening channels, generate ideas, foster collaboration or create scenarios or make shared decisions
  • We very often integrate facilitation techniques into training courses
  • we design and deliver workshops with the Lego® Serious Play® methodology, we collaborate with scribers for graphic facilitation, we constantly coordinate Focus Groups or management of decision-making meetings with the Nominal Group technique

Innovative teaching

  • we prefer to talk about learning rather than training - for us it is essential that the focus remains on the participant and not on the content or the teacher
  • we believe in "learning by doing"; makes learning more effective and enjoyable - we use approaches and methodologies that start from experience and then bring the experience back to theory
  • we have fun writing (and then using) teaching cases and role plays
  • we integrated technology into teaching " in unsuspecting times" (long before the pandemic emergency) and for years we have been using the Audience Response System aimed at making teaching extremely interactive

Social innovation and the third sector

  • we often put our skills at the service of third sector organizations and public administrations for the implementation of social innovation projects
  • we learned "in the field", during professional experiences in the third sector, the essence of the concept of sustainability: " business done well to do good"
  • we constantly carry out orientation activities (through interactive workshops) on the world of work aimed at young people
  • we have consolidated methodologies and tools to encourage reflection on the importance of discovering and using one's talents for personal and professional growth
  • We have broadened our perspectives on issues related to Diversity & Inclusion by understanding that, even today, the topic is treated in an extremely limited way in companies
