How we work: our method

Combining rigor and flexibility to achieve results

Our interventions are carried out by combining scientific thinking and artisan culture: rigor, centrality of the customer's needs, experience and mastery in execution.
Although each project is unique, there are solid pillars that support our way of working:

  • Planning - we define clear and shared objectives before starting any activity.
  • Single interlocution - we appoint only one Project Leader for each intervention/client in order to guarantee clarity and ease of interlocution.
  • Rigor - although each of our projects is precisely defined on the specific needs of the client, we rely on solid methodologies, rigorous teaching and intervention models and considerable previous experience.
  • Light Touch - we do not believe in interventions that are too invasive, we prefer gradual and incremental approaches aimed at "metabolizing" the changes made.
  • Self-improvement - we do not want to generate "never ending projects" driven from outside: our greatest ambition is to trigger and support improvement processes that can be governed directly by the members of the organization.
  • "T-shaped" skills and Networking – we have transversal experiences that allow us to operate in different contexts but, believing that we cannot become experts in everything, we prefer to keep the focus on our specializations and strengthen the network of highly qualified professionals with whom to collaborate.
  • Short-term vision and results - many of our projects act on "deep elements" of the organization that require a long time to be modified - we always try to correlate long-term goals with actions that bring tangible results in the short term.
  • Learning by doing - we believe that the learning process is more solid if based on direct experience, the structure of our interventions prefers interactive and experiential teaching systems with an extremely operational approach.
